If you aren’t able to do bring it to us, an engineer can visit you and repair on site. There is a £65 call-out charge and a further £65 labour charge if we visit you and carry out a repair. If you wish us to visit you, check our call-out area and get in touch.

After repairing your microwave we always carry out a free leakage test to ensure your microwave is operating safely.

We also offer a microwave leak testing service for ovens that are in use in a busy canteen or kitchen. We can test your oven and issue test stickers as evidence of the test. Full safety certificates can be supplied for a small additional charge.
