FIXING YOUR FOOD PREP EQUIPMENT EFFICIENTLY

If you have a faulty Robot Coupe food processor, why not bring it to our shop in Sellindge where we can carry out an estimate for you? Estimates cost just £10.00. We can also supply replacement parts such as cutters, disks and rubber feet, as well as spare parts if you wish to undertake a repair yourself. Please note that to order spares you will need the full model number and serial number of your machine.

We can also carry out repairs to Electrolux high speed panini grill machines, usually undertaking the work in our workshop, where we will start by providing you with a free estimate for the repair.

On-site repairs within our area will attract a £44 call-out charge and a £40 per hour labour charge.

TOASTERS

 

If you have a Dualit toaster that isn’t toasting anymore, why not bring it to our shop where we can find the fault and offer you an estimate for a refundable deposit of just £10? We repair both domestic and catering Dualit toasters.

COMMERCIAL CONVEYOR TOASTERS

If you have a commercial conveyor toasting machine, we can repair most makes. Estimates are free if you can bring it to our shop.

If you wish to carry out your own repairs we can supply replacement elements and timers.

KENWOOD
MIXERS

 

We can repair domestic and commercial models of Kenwood mixers. Kenwood Chef and Kenwood Major last for years and can often be repaired quite economically. Call us for details.

We are agents for Magimix and are able to repair and offer accessories for most models of Magimix food processor.

“Needed to get part of a door replaced on my AEG combi microwave. Tried looking at the AEG website, but it all seemed very complicated. Tried another big online repair company, who promised to ring back, but they didn’t. Found the website for this company so gave it a try. Very easy phone conversation and a technician was sent round in a reasonable time. Fault was diagnosed and spare ordered. The call-out charge was around £65 I think, which could have been worse! Received a phone call when the very expensive (for what it is) AEG part had arrived, and the technician came round that afternoon! Brilliant. Very happy with the service provided and the technician was approachable and friendly. Happy to recommend (though not so happy with AEG).”

Excellent microwave repairs

“Microwave completely failed, took to Microwave Service Company in Sellindge. Paid £10 repair deposit (which is credited on final repair cost) and received report that door switches had failed. Secondary fault was noisy fan unit. Advised fan unit could be used but was likely to fail in near future. Accepted quote for full repairs which were carried out within a few days. Have used this company before always get good and fair service. Had two previous microwaves repaired and one condemned as uneconomical.

Always helpful and pleasant and give good advice. Would recommend to other customers and will use again for any future repairs.”
