 FAQS ABOUT OUR 24 VOLT MICROWAVE REPAIR SERVICE

Will the estimate cost me anything?
If you can get your 24 volt microwave oven to us, we can provide a free estimate for the necessary repair work.

How long does it take to provide an estimate?
We can usually provide the estimate within 5 working days. We have a fully equipped workshop with a 24 volt power supply for testing the microwave oven before and after repair.

How can I get my microwave to you?
The easiest way if you are not local to us is to have it sent by courier. We will need your contact details and the address it is to be returned to upon completion. 

What type of 24 volt microwave can you fix?
We can repair most makes including Samsung Roadmate, Truckchef and Dometic, depending on availability of spares from those manufacturers.

What if you can’t fix it?
If we are unable to repair your oven or if it is uneconomical to repair, we do offer a number of options for new
ovens for sale.

What about 12 volt Roadmates?
At present we don’t have a suitable power supply for testing the 12 volt version, so we are unable to repair them.

Food prep

WARRANTY AND TESTING

All 24 volt microwave repairs come with a three month warranty on labour and any parts fitted during the repair.

All microwave ovens are fully tested for correct operation and microwave leakage after being repaired.

PAYMENT FOR REPAIR WORK

We can accept payment by most types of credit or debit card over the phone, or paypal.

The oven will be returned with a full VAT invoice upon payment.

SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

We are able to order most spares and accessories directly from the manufacturers, so we can carry out repairs quickly and efficiently with genuine parts where possible.

If you need any accessories such as a glass tray, or microwave cookware we can supply these as well as mounting brackets for some makes.
